Mission
Dedicated to unlocking every student's full potential, I am a passionate educator and advocate with over 18 years of hands-on experience across a variety of educational settings. My journey spans 10 years as an Early Interventionist in the Birth-3 Program, six years as a public school Special Education Teacher, seven years as a foster parent, and the proud wife and mother of four boys. Grounded in a trauma-informed lens, my approach prioritizes creating inclusive, holistic learning environments where every student is given the tailored support they need and every educator is empowered to provide the best educational experience for every child.

At the core of my practice is a firm belief that education is never one-size-fits-all. I specialize in working with students with a wide variety of abilities, using creative problem-solving as my greatest tool. I love "cracking the code" to discover what truly motivates a learner and opens the door to their success. Whether collaborating with classroom teachers, guiding paraprofessionals, partnering with families, or supporting students directly, I am committed to building supportive networks and innovative strategies that help everyone achieve their goals.
